BradFord Pear

Description The Bradford Pear is a medium sized ornamental species that is often used as a street tree due to its broadly oval and dense canopy. Bradford Pear trees can grow in most moderately fertile soils because they are deep rooted and are tolerant to drought. Bradford Pear trees produce small white flowers heavily in the spring that are followed by small brown fruits, like large peas. In late autumn Bradford Pear trees have glossy green leaves that turn to a dark red color.
