pyramidal to columnar form. The Savannah Holly is often grown with a central trunk and small lateral branches which are smooth
and light to medium gray in color. The Savannah Holly can adapt to both sandy and clay soils with a moderate growth rate.
The Savannah Holly has shiny medium-green leaves with multiple soft spines and they are accented in the fall with heavy clusters
of bright red berries which persist throughout the fall and winter. The berries on a Savannah Holly are very attractive to
wildlife, serving as an excellent food source. The Savannah Holly also produces small white flowers in the spring which appear
on both male and female trees. The Savannah Holly is ideal for use as a barrier plant, specimen tree or framing tree. The
